Every color in the visible light spectrum has a different frequency.
It’s no coincidence that rainbows always appear to us in the order of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet. It is a scientific fact that each color vibrates, or exists with a different energy.
As color is everywhere, we take for granted the effect it has on our lives. But just because we are not aware does not mean that we are not influenced by the powerful energies each color has.
The use of color with specific intent has been used for centuries – but at no time more than now.
Mountains are symbolic in life of overcoming one’s challenges – and rising to the top and succeeding.
We all have different challenges in life to overcome that we have chosen from a spiritual level. As we overcome a challenge, we don’t have to address it again, and we can move onto bigger and better things.
This is also the nature of ascension.
Like a mountain, the journey becomes steeper and more challenging the higher you climb; but the rewards are also greater.
I was sitting to focus on the things I was thankful for. I felt emotion rise and tears started to flow.
This made we wonder … ‘What is Gratitude’?
I have often stated that it is the energy of gratitude that attracts abundance.
If that is the case, and I believe it is, then how do we use the universal law of Gratitude?
I could now clearly see the difference between simply saying ‘thank you’, or sitting to make a list of the things I am grateful for – compared to actually Being Grateful.
From the dawn of civilized society, man has quested for Spiritual Growth.
In tribal times the leader of the clan would look to the Shaman for direction and advice. The Shaman would interpret the signs of nature or vision quest into spiritual realms for insight.
The Pagans were a nature-based society with high regard for intuition. Sadly, much of their knowledge was lost in the Great Witch-Hunts of the Dark Ages, and those who preferred spiritual education to religious were forced underground.
But never has there been a time before now with greater interest and acceptance of those looking for spiritual growth. Community based Spiritualist churches and remote meditation and psychic development circles are flourishing.

In this post I would like to talk to you about your Value Goals.
I find that very few people set these goals – but I truly believe they are the most important goals of all.
They define who you are and what is important to you.
Some examples are; peace, love, joy, passion, wisdom, honesty, abundance, loyalty, compassion, generosity, integrity, kindness, responsibility, respect, tolerance, courage, acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness and faith, just to name a few.
Setting your Value Goals makes it very easy to make decisions.

Transcending victim consciousness is an interesting topic to contemplate.
On a human level our awareness is somewhat limited, in comparison to our soul’s level of awareness. We all have a soul, but it can be a faint whisper in our lives, unless you nurture this connection.
For many the ego and personality are the driving force in one’s life, but this is also gradually changing, as we go through the shift in consciousness. As human beings we have free will, so whether these inner and outer changes happen quickly or slowly is up to us.
In the spirit world before we are born and have decided to come to earth, a contract or soul agreement is drawn up with our guides.
This contract also involves other people, our family, friends and future partners, who we choose to grow and learn from. When we are born into this world, for the most part we agree to forget our real home, our past lives and our soul agreements.
This is a time for new beginnings. The past is behind us and it is time for us to move forward.
Most people don’t strive for new beginnings because the unknown is scary.
Even though people may not like where they are at the moment (job, relationship, anything), it is still familiar, comfortable, predictable … and requires minimal effort.
It is often avoidance (not being honest with ourselves) and resistance (too hard to change which is based on fear) that stops us.
It is not possible to move in two directions at the same time, so whilst we are wasting our energy fighting against what we don’t want, we make no progress towards what we do want.
I would like to share a story with you that I have come across over the years – which never fails to touch me and remind me what is important.
“As she stood in front of her 5th grade class on the very first day of school, she told the children an untruth. Like most teachers, she looked at her students and said that she loved them all the same. However, that was impossible, because there in the front row, slumped in his seat, was a little boy named Teddy Stoddard.
Mrs. Thompson had watched Teddy the year before and noticed that he did not play well with the other children, that his clothes were messy and that he constantly needed a bath. In addition, Teddy could be unpleasant.
It got to the point where Mrs. Thompson would actually take delight in marking his papers with a broad red pen, making bold X’s and then putting a big “F” at the top of his papers.
At the school where Mrs. Thompson taught, she was required to review each child’s past records and she put Teddy’s off until last. However, when she reviewed his file, she was in for a surprise.

Many great men and women over the centuries have questioned the meaning of life. This article will explore this theme and also encourage you to think about the meaning of your own life.
I believe the meaning of life is slightly different for everyone, because we all have different goals and aspirations we wish to achieve. But in a nutshell, we are here for our growth and the evolution of our soul.
2012 – Will it be the end of the world or the beginning of something beautiful?
Since the fall of Atlantis thousands of years ago, in our collective consciousness we have held a fear about Armageddon occurring and the end of the world.
Many souls that experienced the fall and apocalypse of Atlantis are also alive today on the planet.
Essentially we are here to create a new golden age and ensure that what happened in Atlantis won’t happen again.

Is our Destiny pre-planned or do we have choice?
Human destiny is an interesting topic to explore, as many people in their lives will wonder what the future has in store for them.
Generally there are two schools of thought on this subject.
One belief is that we create our own destiny with our thoughts, words and actions, moment by moment, each day.
The other school of thought is that our destiny is already pre-planned; we created it before we were born.

Reading or listening to channeled information can be a great way to receive new and higher knowledge that we don’t normally have access to.
Channeling can ‘fill the gaps’ in certain areas that our society hasn’t become aware of or discovered yet. But, just because this information often comes from a higher source, should we take it all in as gospel truth?
Just because information is claiming to come from a higher source, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s entirely correct or accurate.
I saw this quote and it really made me think…
“Your beliefs don’t make you a better person, your behavior does.”
So your beliefs do not define who you are – your actions do.
But how often do we hold up our beliefs or hide behind them?
Our beliefs are really just meant to be a heading on who we are and how we act.
What is the point of having beliefs if they don’t manifest in our day to day lives and define who we are?
Two natural parts of our human expression are the ego and the soul.
Although we all have both of these aspects in our nature, some people have more balance (or lack of) in their personality.
Our journey from childhood to adulthood can be challenging and our ego is designed to protect us. However the ego will never give us any long-term satisfaction or empowerment.
As a human with free will, we have the choice to nurture our ego or soul.

There is a saying many of us are familiar with; “Everything happens for our highest good”.
I believe there is some truth in this statement because on a higher level everything that happens to us supports our enlightenment and evolution.
On a human level, we may not make the highest choices as we have free will to choose our thoughts and to act on these thoughts. Most of us will make mistakes because this is how we learn and review those choices afterwards.
The key is not to dwell on our perceived past mistakes, because they have made you who you are today.
It is my belief that mistakes support our path to our highest good.
The end of each year is generally a time for new beginnings. We evaluate our achievements, and plan a path to help move us forward.
But most people don’t strive for new beginnings – because the unknown is scary.
Even though people may not like where they are at the moment (job, relationship, anything), it’s familiar, comfortable, predictable and requires minimal effort.
It is often avoidance (not being honest with ourselves) and resistance (too hard to change – which is based on fear) that stops us.

I would like to talk to you about symbols in your dreams.
One thing we need to understand about symbols is they can mean different things, depending on the person, where they see it or how it was used.
Having said that – here are a few starting points that we can ponder.
In our human experience we have chosen and been gifted with free will. We have the choice to do what we please in life.
Often our choices are determined by our beliefs and our state of mind and emotions. Spirit wishes to teach humanity that we have two choices, a higher choice guided by spirit, or a lower choice guided by the ego.
Spirit does not judge us by the quality of choices we make in life but on a higher level we essentially do.
When you walk the spiritual path, gradually your will becomes aligned with the will of spirit, god, or whatever you perceive it to be. Often this is a gradual process over many years, we still have an ego, but it becomes less of a driving force in our lives.
As a child I use to read a series of choose your own adventure books. For those that aren’t familiar with them, basically it was a children’s story that allowed the reader to choose what the character experienced.
Similar to life, in the book, you could make choices based on free will.
There were usually three different endings in these books. Some of the consequences the character in the book experienced could be considered good, bad and ugly. It was a novel idea; as just in life, we are all living our own choose your own adventure story.
