I recall from my childhood driving in the car with my family. It was raining and the sun was just beginning to break through the clouds.
A beautiful rainbow began to form overhead.
As a kid I recall watching cartoons that depicted that if you ever reached the end of the rainbow, you would meet magical elves and faeries and be rewarded with a pot of gold. I would often fantasize about this and one day I tried to reach the end of a rainbow to no avail. As I walked closer the rainbow got further and further away.
But I kept believing there were magical fairies and elves awaiting anyone who could reach the end of the rainbow.
Elves and faeries are of the elemental and nature realm, and do actually exist, its just that most of us can’t usually see them – and like many things handed down over time, truth becomes story, story becomes myth and then becomes legend.
The following rainbow meditation takes you on a journey to discover a rainbow and integrate your own spiritual treasures. It is a magical journey with child-like qualities, to rediscover oneself and integrate one’s spiritual qualities from one’s soul.
Rainbow Meditation
The rainbow contains the seven rays of light on the earth plane, that also relates to the seven chakras in the human body. Usually we are working with one or more of these god rays and attributes during our life.
Each ray has certain spiritual qualities that relate to love and light. As we ascend over time, we begin to embody more rays into our consciousness and our chakras also increase.
The story of finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow is symbolic of finding one’s spiritual treasures after integrating the seven rays.
When the seven rays are combined it becomes pure white light, which can be seen in the aura of a spiritual person on the path to enlightenment. The pot of gold also represents enlightenment. The gold vibration represents the 12th ray, which is the Christ consciousness. Like many crystals and metals on the earth, they are here to remind us of our spiritual qualities and attributes from spirit.

Thanks Jude, I’m glad you enjoyed the Rainbow Meditation. Often slowing or stoping one’s thoughts can be a challenge when meditating. I created the Clock Visualisation to assist people in slowing their thoughts, feel free to check it out if interested.
