Energy is contagious. We see and feel this all of the time.
For example, you just have to have one person gossiping or putting someone down in the workplace and the negative energy begins to filter into the environment – Or if you are in a room full of babies, one can start to cry and before you know it they are all crying.
The good news is it is up to us to decide what form of energy we wish to spread.
Energy is Contagious
With the great sadness of the floods that are happening in Australia there is a wonderful spreading of kindness energy. It starts with a single idea which then spreads to many and before we knew it complete strangers were pitching in and helping where they could.
If enough of us choose what energy we are spreading then we can infuse the world with a unique rhythm which will transform the present and the future. When your heart and mind generate positive energy, others feel good about themselves and good about you.
How do we spread this energy?
A good start would be to bless people in your mind whether they are people you know or are seeing for the first time whether you feel you like them or not.
If you see that someone is troubled, angry, worried or sad then bless them in your mind. Wish them healing and joy.
If we are determined to look for faults we will find them but if we are determined to look for good we will also find that too.
Anger is, in energy terms, uncontrolled, chaotic and spreads easily. Unfortunately it has the ability to move faster than kindness.
On the other hand kindness is the epitome of control, attention and effort – and whilst it does spread easily, it takes time, co-operation and effort.
Adding order and control in life is the difference between a mob’s noise and a choir, or spilled paint and a Renoir or decay and growth.
Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness and kindness in giving creates love.
During this time we need all of us to pay attention and spread kindness and patience. Let’s start an epidemic.
I send you blessings, Karen Ellyard.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

The aura is a pure field of energy. The mind of the person and the mind of the aura are one and the same. Our aura acts as a mirror to the very depth of our being and our personality.
How to See the Aura
Anyone can learn how to see the aura. In fact, it is possible; physically with your eyes, or intuitively, with your mind’s eye. Learn this simple technique.
