I would like to share with you information on our Guardian Angels.
When we are born we are assigned with one or more Angels whose job it is to protect and help us move forward on our journey.
Our Angels stay with us from birth to death and never leave our side. They love us no matter what we do and are always at the ready to help us.
Asking Guardian Angels for Help
All people have Guardian Angels, but we must ask our Angels for help before they can intervene.
They won’t step in without being asked – with the exception of a life threatening emergency which may not have been part of our life-plan.
Angels will not do anything to prevent us learning the lessons we are meant to learn on our journey.
It seems hard to understand that if each of us is given this amazing gift that so few people actually accept and use it.
I have said before that Angels are not a matter of belief but of experience and I mean that.
Know that you deserve this help; you don’t have to earn it as it is already there for you.
I believe I have very fit Angels, as I constantly communicate with them and ask them for help on all matters; from as small as when I go to the shops I ask them to nip over and find me a park, to finding buyers for our house when we wanted to sell in a down market, to absolutely everything in between.
I don’t have any flowery words I use, being a down to earth sort of girl, I just say; “Hey guys, would you go before me and sort out that meeting”.
It is important to then get out of your own way…
I don’t ask more than once, I don’t worry about it or spend energy agonizing over it.
What I do when the request comes to mind before it happens, is that I thank them from the bottom of heart for taking care of it as if it is already done.
Are there things in your life you are struggling with?
Ask your angels to sort it for you, get out of your own way and see what happens.
Our Guardian Angels cannot override our own freewill so we are still always responsible for what we do.
I am so very grateful that I have my Angels in my life and at times just like to spend time with them and thank them and feel their love and strength.
Seeing Your Guardian Angel
People will often see their Angels or other people’s Angles as bright flashes of color or light.
If you want to see your Angel there are many ways you can try.
In the Take 5 below I give you an exercise to practice which will assist you to to see your Guardian Angel or Guide.

To see an angel, you must see another’s soul. To feel an angel, you must touch another’s heart. To hear an angel, you must listen to both.

Sit opposite the mirror and look into the center of it. Attach a small dot to the mirror just above the center so when you are sitting you will have to look up slightly to see it.
Light a large white candle and place it level with the bottom of the mirror on your left hand side.
Turn out the lights in the room and sit in a chair.
You will see both the candle and its reflection in the mirror. Relax and gaze at the small dot … keep staring.
When you start to see things in the mirror don’t shift your gaze from the dot, the dot will eventually vanish and you will see other things in the mirror.

I particularly liked the line, “Know that you deserve this help; you don’t have to earn it as it is already there for you.” That’s a wonderful thing to know. I have to admit that for the longest time I was completely unaware of the “power” of listening to your angels and asking them for guidance. It was until I read “Harry Pond Looks Homeward” (http://harrypondadventures.com/) a spiritual fiction novel by author Jay Allan Luboff that I even considered it. This is the story of the Light that exists beyond the light and darkness on Earth. The story revolves around the farmstead where Harry and his sister grew up. Harry has just come back from Vietnam to find hometown invaded by sinister forces, his parents dead in a mysterious car accident, and his farm threatened. He teams with spiritual forces of Light, Ascended Masters and Angels to save the land against those who would destroy it — bringing Harry, his sister Becky and friends to an epic confrontation in the forest of Light and darkness. This book truly spoke to me because throughout it all Harry had a little voice that came to him when he needed it most. His guardian angel plays a large part in the story giving him the wisdom and courage he needs. It was this book that inspired me to research how to find my own guardian angel. This book really is for those with inquiring minds and open hearts
