Self-Realization and the Basic Formation of our Subtle Body

Self-Realization is the process of “Kundalini Awakening or Spiritual Energy Awakening”.

The Three Channels and Seven Energy Centers of our Subtle Body
Our subtle body has seven energy centers (Chakras) and three channels (nadis).
The three channels of the Subtle Body are as follows;
1.) Left Channel or The Moon Channel
(or Ida Nadi or left sympathetic nervous system) – Left Channel is our emotional side or we can say that it represents our Past. This channel binds us with our past experiences, feelings and emotions, also terminates at superego. This channel is the side of our pure desires. The Problematic Left channel need fire element to get cured.
2.) Right Channel or The Sun Channel
(or Pingala Nadi or right sympathetic nervous system) – Right Channel is the power of our action. Thoughts of future or futuristic planning come from this side. It also corresponds to our mental and physical activity, and it terminates at ego that gives us “I-ness”. The problematic right channel needs cold water to get cured.
3.) Center Channel
(or Sushumna Nadi or Para sympathetic nervous system) – Center Channel is the channel of our balance, ascent and awareness. We should live in this channel. This channel is being in the present.
The Seven energy centers of the Subtle Body are;
1.) Mooladhara
2.) Swadisthan
3.) Nabhi
4.) Heart
5.) Vishuddhi
6.) Agnya
7.) Sahasrara
This is the basic formation of our subtle system or subtle body.
Now meditation is the most important thing to keep your subtle body clean. Beside this, there are many clearance techniques that we should use to clear our channels and energy centers and to remove away all the problems that disturb our mental, physical, emotional or spiritual level.
