Mountains are symbolic in life of overcoming one’s challenges – and rising to the top and succeeding.
We all have different challenges in life to overcome that we have chosen from a spiritual level. As we overcome a challenge, we don’t have to address it again, and we can move onto bigger and better things.
This is also the nature of ascension.
Like a mountain, the journey becomes steeper and more challenging the higher you climb; but the rewards are also greater.
In our human experience we have chosen and been gifted with free will. We have the choice to do what we please in life.
Often our choices are determined by our beliefs and our state of mind and emotions. Spirit wishes to teach humanity that we have two choices, a higher choice guided by spirit, or a lower choice guided by the ego.
Spirit does not judge us by the quality of choices we make in life but on a higher level we essentially do.
When you walk the spiritual path, gradually your will becomes aligned with the will of spirit, god, or whatever you perceive it to be. Often this is a gradual process over many years, we still have an ego, but it becomes less of a driving force in our lives.
I would like to talk to you about your energy awareness – and how it can help move us forward or stand in our way.
What we need to understand is that our mind creates our physical reality. As we think and feel, our energy reflects this and creates the pictures of our thoughts.
There are many things in our lives that distract us and draw our energy and hold us from moving forward.
Drama in our lives really does not need our attention, it just wants our energy and awareness.

I would like to talk to you about symbols in your dreams.
One thing we need to understand about symbols is they can mean different things, depending on the person, where they see it or how it was used.
Having said that – here are a few starting points that we can ponder.
As you all know… Meditation is very important in our daily routine to keep us in balance.
As we need to eat three times daily to provide energy to our body, similarly, meditation is the food of our soul. It provides energy to our soul and also makes our path clearer to ascend on a higher path.
Want to know how to get rid of the conduit blockages that stand between you and inner peace, health and happiness?
Want to know how you can clean negative energies and be the conduit to healing and spiritual balance?
Then perhaps becoming a Psychic Conduit is the path for you.
A guess post by Karen Ellyard.
I would like to talk to you about your spiritual path. When I am doing a psychic reading I am very often asked “Am I on the right path?” or “How do I know if I am on the right path?”
It seems a lot of people think that to be on the right path they need to be doing some world shattering, huge humanitarian work.
I find that if people are questioning then this in itself is a great sign. When we get lost we often stop questioning and just get pushed along with the flow. Not happy but not questioning why.
You have a lovely, personal, private Temple.
We all do.
Inside your unique Mystic Temple…
you’ll discover all of the wonderful abilities, talents, energies, meditations, astral friends and tools you’ve accumulated over all of your countless lifetimes.
What you find will tell you a great deal about who and what you really are, what your purpose is and what your best tools and strongest abilities are.
Maybe you’ll discover your Mystic Temple inside yourself … Maybe you’ll find it in the Astral Realms.
It doesn’t really matter where your perception tells you it’s located – the process for finding and exploring your lovely Temple remains the same.
You will achieve the best results in these exercises by pouring vast amounts of love into each area as it appears. Love will bring it back to life. Love will protect you and heal everything you encounter.

Many great men and women over the centuries have questioned the meaning of life. This article will explore this theme and also encourage you to think about the meaning of your own life.
I believe the meaning of life is slightly different for everyone, because we all have different goals and aspirations we wish to achieve. But in a nutshell, we are here for our growth and the evolution of our soul.
A lot of material has been channeled in the new-age community about the different dimensions and ascension.
But what are these dimensions?
The Earth has multiple dimensions, which remain invisible until you are vibrating at the same frequency as that particular dimension.
Dimensions aren’t so much a place, but a state of being and vibration.
The earth is still vibrating physically in the 3rd dimension, but its ethereal body is vibrating in the 4th dimension. Eventually the physical will merge with the spiritual and become a 4th dimension body and so on, until the earth becomes a 5th dimensional planet.
I hope you have been enjoying the varied information on Explore Meditation. As I continue to explore my spiritual interests, I will continue to share what I find … So stay tuned for more.
Entertaining the ideas of Past Lives and Reincarnation absolutely amazes me because of the really big picture it paints in my mind. The scope of this is huge. The scale of perspective pushes my comprehension and understanding. We really are spiritual beings having a human experience, and so many people have no idea!
These concepts have made me realized that humans give so much focus, (both our time and energy), to things, thoughts and situations that in the grand scheme of things are really insignificant.
The end of each year is generally a time for new beginnings. We evaluate our achievements, and plan a path to help move us forward.
But most people don’t strive for new beginnings – because the unknown is scary.
Even though people may not like where they are at the moment (job, relationship, anything), it’s familiar, comfortable, predictable and requires minimal effort.
It is often avoidance (not being honest with ourselves) and resistance (too hard to change – which is based on fear) that stops us.
So many of us in the world today are ruled by fear and limiting perceptions of ourself.
These habits, these illusions of reality have been sold to us by our ego which is born from the conditioning and perceptions we have learned about ourselves in our lifetime.
For most of us, our ego is what we use to react to our daily experiences.
These beliefs, habits and attitudes influence our daily reactions, responses and behaviors towards ourselves and others.

There is a saying many of us are familiar with; “Everything happens for our highest good”.
I believe there is some truth in this statement because on a higher level everything that happens to us supports our enlightenment and evolution.
On a human level, we may not make the highest choices as we have free will to choose our thoughts and to act on these thoughts. Most of us will make mistakes because this is how we learn and review those choices afterwards.
The key is not to dwell on our perceived past mistakes, because they have made you who you are today.
It is my belief that mistakes support our path to our highest good.
I was sitting to focus on the things I was thankful for. I felt emotion rise and tears started to flow.
This made we wonder … ‘What is Gratitude’?
I have often stated that it is the energy of gratitude that attracts abundance.
If that is the case, and I believe it is, then how do we use the universal law of Gratitude?
I could now clearly see the difference between simply saying ‘thank you’, or sitting to make a list of the things I am grateful for – compared to actually Being Grateful.

The other night just before drifting off to sleep, I received a vision of the probable future of humanity and where we are collectively heading.
I received this vision as a download of information, which I then interpret into words.
The following is an exploration of my vision and the download I received.

In this post I would like to talk to you about your Value Goals.
I find that very few people set these goals – but I truly believe are the most important goals of all.
They define who you are and what is important to you.
Some examples are; peace, love, joy, passion, wisdom, honesty, abundance, loyalty, compassion, generosity, integrity, kindness, responsibility, respect, tolerance, courage, acceptance, gratitude, forgiveness and faith, just to name a few.
Setting your Value Goals makes it very easy to make decisions.
I never wanted to go to India. Never.
I did have a mental list of places I wanted to travel to in the world, and India would have been lucky to get a mention in the top 50.
But while seeing a local therapist for an energy healing, he ignited the blasters that rocket launched India to Number 1!
All he actually said was, “I’m feeling the energy of ‘Babaji’ which is weird… I usually get Sai Baba,” but that was all it took.
I then went for a cup of tea with my good friend Jayanti Woods (who makes an amazing Chai from scratch), and asked if she had ever heard of this ‘Babaji’. Without a word of a lie her exact reply was, “I was the President of the Australian Babaji Society for years. What would you like to know?”
I left her house with armfuls of books and started to research this amazing being.
The picture to the left is reportedly the first image ever taken of him (in this incarnation!).
Soon after, Babaji came to me in a dream and I could feel his energy flow through me on occasion when I was giving a healing massage.
Mother India was calling my name. She sent whispers on the breeze and sprinkled her allure in my dreams.
Our natural psychic gifts are related to our physical senses – and I believe we need to heighten our physical senses to develop our psychic senses.
It is difficult to hear spirit when you don’t hear what is going on in your physical world, just as it is difficult to see spirit when we don’t make the time to see what is right in front of us. Let us look at some obvious correlations.
A guest post by Brad Austen.
We are multidimensional beings and it is commonly known we comprise of three parts; a mind, body and spirit.
It is also known that energetically we have a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body and a spiritual body.
The human body is made of light that has slowed to a point that it has become dense matter. Part of the journey humanity is on at this time, is to ascend and grow spiritually. Everyone needs healing on some level. For those on the path, the physical body is beginning to change and become less dense.
The energy in our auras is also changing and beginning to vibrate quicker. Our cells are changing to hold more light, so we can hold more of our spirit in human form. This is a gradual process that occurs over many years.
