This meditation begins with a full body relaxation.
You are then taken on a relaxing journey to the beach.
You feel the warm sand underneath your feet.

The symbolic representation of a clock represents time and our perceived lack of it.
You visualize a clock on a wall. You bring your attention to the hands on the clock face.
What speed are the hands traveling around the clock?
If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed it is common to see the hands spinning very fast.
In your imagination, allow the spinning hands to slow down.
As the hands slow down, your thoughts also slow in pace.
