Beach Meditation

This meditation begins with a full body relaxation.

You are then taken on a relaxing journey to the beach.

You feel the warm sand underneath your feet. You feel the sunshine energizing your skin. You hear the seagulls and the waves crashing on the sand.

You allow yourself to be at one with nature.

You tune into the sounds of the waves. As the waves come in towards the sand you take a deep breath in, and as the waves resides you breathe out gently.

What message does nature have to tell you? What impressions enter your mind?

You will take these feelings of peace and serenity with you after you leave this meditation, and people will notice your calm disposition.

Clock Visualization Meditation

This is a simple visualization technique that can help you when you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed.

The symbolic representation of a clock represents time and our perceived lack of it.

You visualize a clock on a wall. You bring your attention to the hands on the clock face.

What speed are the hands traveling around the clock?

If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed it is common to see the hands spinning very fast.

In your imagination, allow the spinning hands to slow down.

As the hands slow down, your thoughts also slow in pace.

Relaxation Meditation

This is a full body relaxation meditation to suit those who are just starting with meditation.

It is both simple and perfect to help you relax after a busy day.

You visualize the different parts of your body that hold tension and allow them to relax with your breathing.

You also call upon the light to relax the muscles and bring about a sense of peace and calm. The light travels through your entire body.

You fill with amazing light.

It swirls around your chest and assists with opening your heart chakra.

You then visualize a golden light coming into your crown charka at the top of your head, which begins to fill your body with golden light.

You see any dark parts of your body filling with light.

This golden light expands out into your aura, helping to balance your energies.

After the meditation your body is feeling relaxed, your mind is clear and focused your emotions are calm and content.
