I am often asked, “What’s the difference between a Psychic and a Medium?”
Let me explain how I see this.
This the very simple explanation I give as an example, knowing of course, that life and its energies aren’t always that simple.
Psychics
Psychics work with energy, mostly related to our aura.
All living things have an aura which is made up of energy that surrounds our human body.
The characteristics of the aura change depending on the mental, physical, or inner state of the person.
Your aura works as a reception or relay network for energy.
Your aura holds our present thoughts, feeling attitudes and the exchange of energy between ourselves and our environment.
Our aura also holds our life plan that we write for ourselves to follow during our life here.
Our aura then uses this energy to feed our chakras and manifest what happens to us.
Protecting this energy is so very important. Illness appears in our aura first.
Psychics read the energy in our aura and can sense what is happening, what is currently happening to us, health, circumstances etc. and what is written in our life plan.
This allows Psychics to pick up energies of what can happen in the future.
This is always going to be affected by how well we stick to our plan and how well we protect and look after the energy in our aura.
Psychics can often feel the energy of psychic imprints as well as the energy left behind often after a traumatic event.
This is not the same as a ghost or earthbound spirit.
Mediums
Mediums are vessels. They have the ability to link with the energy in the spirit world.
When people pass over their energy resonates at a much higher frequency and mediums are able to tune their frequency to this level; much like tuning into a radio station.
Mediums don’t conjure up spirits that have passed. They are already here, that bond is always here, and mediums connect to this energy, often in different ways, seeing, hearing, feeling or all senses.
Not all Psychics are mediums as they do not resonate at this higher frequency but all Mediums are Psychic and can read the energies in our aura.
People make this harder as their energies/emotions are all over the place and they don’t take care of their auras.
Mediums also connect to our guides as they resonate at this higher level.
