You start by visualizing an egg shaped bubble enclosing your being, from below the souls of your feet to above your head. It is strong and perfect in form. (The more you practice the stronger and quicker it will take form.)

Only pure and beneficial energy can enter this space.

A layer of emerald green light now surrounds you close to your body. It gives physical and emotional healing.

A pink layer of unconditional love now wraps both you and the layer of green. Constantly visualizing pink you will attract more love into your life, as others will mirror love back to you.

Now a layer of violet energy is created on top. It transforms any dark or dense energy on contact.

The more you practice this technique the stronger your protection will become.

When entering a public space (like a shopping center), or have to deal with people you would rather not be around, you can call this bubble of psychic protection into force instantly with a keyword such as, ‘barriers up’, or, ‘lights on’.
