Gratitude and Abundance
I would like to share with you my thoughts on gratitude and how powerful this can be in your life.
Gratitude is a key factor in attracting abundance and happiness into your life.
When we come from a place of sincere gratitude our energy is one of acceptance and harmony.
This energy attracts positive additional energies to us.
Sometimes it is difficult to come from a place of gratitude if you feel that everything in your life is going wrong.
Often at these times, people ask themselves questions like, “Why me?” Or, “Why is this happening?”
The answers relating to these questions always bring about feelings of frustration or self-pity or anger.
Perhaps it is time to ask ourselves different questions if we want better answers.
A good question would be “What is it teaching me?”
Living with Gratitude
I find from this perspective it is easier to have a feeling of gratitude as the situation we have brought about is teaching us something so we can move on from it.
It has been my experience that as soon as I learn and do something about this, the situation changes.
It is much easier to come from a place of gratitude if we change our perspective as to why things happen to us.
We cannot always control what is going on around us in the world but we can certainly control ourselves and how we perceive what is going on.
Developing a sincere attitude of gratitude is one of the most important things that you can do for attracting harmony which will allow you to attract the abundance and happiness that you deserve.
If you are struggling with this I would encourage you to keep a Gratitude Journal and spend a moment at the end of each day to list 5 things that you were grateful for during the day.
Even if it is breathing in and breathing out it is a start.
We cannot show gratitude without sharing it with someone.
It is a way of sharing our joy and it is like having a constant echo in the back of your consciousness saying “WOW”.
It is impossible to feel stressed or fearful if you are feeling grateful.

TAKE FIVE
I encourage you to make a list of things you are grateful for in your life and spend just five minutes with it.
Sit, relax, close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly. Have your list with you and give thanks for the things on your list, bless the people involved and sit for a moment and enjoy the feeling of love and gratitude.
If any negative situations come to mind, try blessing the situation and saying I now let you go.
This is such a simple meditation and one that will bring great rewards.
