The Fast Track to Realization
Using your mind to circulate subtle energy through yourself can bring you to enlightenment in this lifetime. This is the fast track.
Raja Yoga and Vajrayana Buddhism both use this method.
First you receive an initiation from a teacher that tunes your energy system to a particular energy frequency. You immediately become able to do the same meditation as your teacher!
Then you do the practices that your teacher gives you. Doing your practice anchors the precious gift from your teacher in you, and it also enables you to keep deep meditation states permanently. Your entire energy system opens, clears and grows very fast.
So what is subtle energy? Subtle energies are composed of energy particles too small for modern science to measure or observe. Physicists like David Brohm and Stephen Hawkins calculate that 96% of our universe is composed of these particles.
Your mind has an ability that scientific laboratories don’t have. You can see/feel subtle energy. You may need a little guidance to learn this new skill, but you can easily experience it.
The best place to begin your energy experience may be with the safe, automatic Reiki healing system. Reiki is non-religious; it has been in use for over a hundred years; it can be learned in a few hours, and it is available worldwide.
Reiki is very simple. Once you’re attuned, all you do is form the intent to heal in your mind.
Reiki energy begins flowing into the top of your head and out of your hands into the person you want to heal – yourself or another.
It might be best to find a Reiki teacher near you who will answer your inevitable questions as you grow in your experience. Try to choose one who attunes all seven chakras so that you get a balanced empowerment. Also, look for Reiki Share groups.
Practicing Reiki with like-minded souls will keep your practice alive and fresh so that you don’t lose your new ability through lack of practice.
An immense, alive, supremely intelligent ball of white light floats in emptiness. You have a direct connection from the top of your head to it. All humans do.
New Age calls it The Source, for Muslims it’s Allah, for Christians it’s God the Father, and Jews call it Yehova.
It may be helpful for meditation purposes to relax any religious views you may have and simply think of it as being an all-powerful ball of light.
White light is extremely useful for rapid spiritual growth, healing, manifesting, protection and dissolving away negative energies like entities and psychic or emotional attacks.
Deeksha is the great mind cleanser. It quickly brings up suppressed emotions and incidents so that you can see and clear them. It also takes you into very deep states of meditation very quickly.
We were able to experience empty mind in only three days while we were on a Deeksha retreat. Gaining empty mind usually requires five to ten years of Vipassana meditation under retreat conditions.
Deeksha comes to us from AmmaBhagavan – married Gurus with an ashram named Oneness University near Chennai in Andar Pradesh, India.
You can try Deeksha free online from several websites, or you can probably find a Deehsha giver nearby. There are now tens of thousands worldwide.
Shaktipat is the supreme enlightening energy. People who have very clean, well developed energy systems have gone directly into realization while receiving it. Many others have enjoyed spontaneous Kundalini awakenings.
However, it’s more common for Shaktipat to take recipients into successively deeper states of meditation until they experience enlightenment.
It’s not easy to find people who can give Shaktipat. Only those who have passed through emptiness and who are living in the Universal Soul can transmit this amazing transformational energy.
Working with energy is definitely NOT boring.
New experiences will come with every meditation as the energy itself becomes alive in you and begins teaching you.
You will start learning directly from the energy, which is the greatest Guru of all.
