At a recent ‘Goal Setting Workshop’ run by Adrian Hanks of the Conscious Life Development Foundation, I met an amazing woman named Trish, who radiates excitement and energy.
Her passion for spirituality was obvious, and I was intuitively intrigued when she mentioned she was creating a video.
It has just been posted on YouTube and WOW!
I encourage all of you to make a nice cup of tea and invest the 10 minutes in expanding or confirming your spiritual knowledge.
In a visual feast of amazing images, and a soundtrack that will excite your awareness while slowing your being, Trish covers a variety of Spiritual topics which may or may not be familiar to you. Regardless, it’s a great journey of knowledge.
With references for further research, I jotted several topics I shall look to explore. Namaste, Nigel.
