Meditation is the basic practice to attain balance within our physical, mental and emotional bodies.
Meditation enables us to live with greater happiness in today’s stressful atmosphere.
Keeping yourself in balance should be a priority, but it can be a very tough task without Meditation.
Meditation provides the opportunity for everyone to receive joy and happiness in all aspects of their lives.
Everyone has their own views about meditation…
Some positives phrases would be; “Meditation is like a medicine for me. It gives me mental peace and relaxation”; or, “It is like a food for me; I can’t live without meditation as it relaxes my body and keeps me in balance”.
But a negative question also arises; “How can one concentrate if they under stress and tension, or are unable to sit in meditation in the same position for 10 minutes?”
One answer to that concern is that; our body is made from five elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Ether.
By utilizing these five elements we can clear any negative energy or problems from our body that makes us feel uncomfortable when we sit for meditation.
Using water to clear your Subtle Body is the same concept as washing your dirty clothes to make them clean.
This is the water treatment of Sahaja Yoga, that has told us by H.H. Shri Mata ji Nirmala Devi ji, the founder of Sahaja Yoga.
Sahaja Yoga Clearance Technique – Foot Soaking (Water Treatment)
Take a bucket half filled with water. Put some salt in it and mix the water. Also keep a mug full of fresh water at the right side of your chair where you sit.
Now pray to your God for the permission of doing this foot soak.
Put both of your feet into the bucket and open your hands on your lap – keeping your palms facing up.
Now sit in the water for 10 minutes and pray to your higher power to remove your negative energy in this water.
Now wash your both feet in the same bucket by pouring fresh water on your feet from that mug.
Now without touching, flush out that dirty water in the washroom and sit comfortably for meditation.
This treatment will remove most of your problems and relaxes you for doing meditation for your ascent.
