We are multidimensional beings and it is commonly known we comprise of three parts; a mind, body and spirit.
It is also known that energetically we have a physical body, an emotional body, a mental body and a spiritual body.
The human body is made of light that has slowed to a point that it has become dense matter. Part of the journey humanity is on at this time, is to ascend and grow spiritually. Everyone needs healing on some level. For those on the path, the physical body is beginning to change and become less dense.
The energy in our auras is also changing and beginning to vibrate quicker. Our cells are changing to hold more light, so we can hold more of our spirit in human form. This is a gradual process that occurs over many years.

I would like to talk to you about your energy awareness – and how it can help move us forward or stand in our way.
What we need to understand is that our mind creates our physical reality. As we think and feel, our energy reflects this and creates the pictures of our thoughts.
There are many things in our lives that distract us and draw our energy and hold us from moving forward.
Drama in our lives really does not need our attention, it just wants our energy and awareness.
How to See the Aura
When young children draw pictures of people, they think it quite normal to pick bright colors and scribble over different body parts.
They don’t put much thought into it … They grab a pencil or crayon from the pile and scribble where it feels most appropriate.
For many people, this lends credibility to their belief that it is common for children to see auras.
And what do most teachers and parents do? Tell them to choose more natural colors and reward them for drawing ‘with-in the lines’.
We may boast that our children have colorful imaginations, but we may well be missing that seeing aura’s is a natural occurance, and inadvertently doing all we can to dull their psychic sense.
But seeing auras is a skill that we can re-learn. (Though we first need to un-learn the ‘normal’ that has been drummed into us.)

Energy is contagious. We see and feel this all of the time.
For example, you just have to have one person gossiping or putting someone down in the workplace and the negative energy begins to filter into the environment – Or if you are in a room full of babies, one can start to cry and before you know it they are all crying.
The good news is it is up to us to decide what form of energy we wish to spread.

The characteristics of the aura change according to the mental, physical, spiritual or inner state of a person.
The aura is a pure field of energy.
The Color Healing Meditation
Meditation can be used for many things, including; Increased connection with your true-self, to reduce stress, for spiritual growth, to calm a busy mind, for creative inspiration… and for Healing.
Self-healing in Meditation can be very powerful, with many individuals using it to overcome pain, dysfunction and disease. Medical research is lagging far behind the accepted benefits from those who have experienced its power first hand, but as it’s an individual experience, what a doctor tells you what will and won’t work is irrelevant.
When meditating with healing in mind, it is important to set your intent before you begin. It clarifies your purpose, gives direction to your practice, and lets the universe know what you want to achieve.
