Recently I’ve been enjoying walking in nature. I find that the light exercise and being surrounded by fresh air and greenery places me into a light meditative state. Meditation doesn’t necessary have to be about sitting, closing your eyes and achieving silence. There are really no strict rules with visualization and meditation, it is after all about exploring your imagination and also having some fun. The following is a guided meditation designed to enjoy while walking outside in nature.
You are outside in nature and walking along a path. You look down at your feet and notice the path begins to change and glow. The path becomes a rainbow path, with all of the colors of the rainbow. These are the rays of light and God properties you are working on and integrating into your being. With each step you take, the colors become excited and magically begin to change.
It is quite a magical experience.
As you look around you, beautiful flowers begin to spring to life to your left and to your right. Use your imagination and visualize your favorite flowers coming to life before your eyes. You feel your heart begin to open with delight and wonder, as you walk along this path. The green grass and bushes surrounding you place you into a state of peace and relaxation. As you observe the grass and bushes their colors begin to shimmer and change. The colors change from a deep green to an ethereal light green, the plants seem alive with energy and consciousness. In fact, the plants are responding to your consciousness and love. Your heart chakra continues to open.
Take some deep breathes in – breathing in the fresh air and appreciating the environment. The warmth of the sun is shining on your skin. You feel relaxed and at peace. As you continue to walk along this path, you begin to hear the gentle sound of music. The music is gentle and sweet, unlike anything you have heard before. You hear the sound of birds and a flock of doves descend down onto your shoulders to greet you.
There is no fear, only trust and love.
As you continue to walk along this rainbow path, the path changes and becomes a golden path-the path to enlightenment. With each step you take you see golden bricks manifest before your eyes, one after the other. Your heart becomes lighter, and your emotions become joyful and playful. This is your path, the path you have chosen to walk in this life. Know that the past is behind you and a golden future awaits you. You are co-creating this golden future with the other people on the planet.

Remember to take the appropriate action and see your dreams become a reality. Know and trust that everything is happening as it should and you are safe and protected. With each step you take you are creating this golden future.
Enjoy the rest of your walk and when you are ready you can return home and continue on with your day. Feel free to practice this visualization as much as you like while walking, you may even be inspired to modify or create your own walking meditation.
